The Italian Bucket List: Top Places to Visit in Italy
A few years ago, my husband & I sat down & wrote a travel bucket list. We even brought a map to hang on the wall to pin any destinations we would love to visit.
Since then, we have expanded our family & a lot of our future visions have changed. However, one thing that we will always keep hold of is our travel bucket list. It’s so exciting when you get to tick something off your bucket list. For example, when we went on safari in South Africa or when we climbed El Teide volcano in Spain.
One destination that remains top of our bucket list is Italy. I’m not sure how I have reached my 30’s and still not been! After scouring the internet & picking people’s brains who have visited, I have come up with my ultimate Italian bucket list for the day I do finally get to travel there!

For lovers of the outdoors, culture, history & food the Dolomites should be on your bucket list. Breathtaking scenery & numerous skiing, cycling & hiking trails make this mountain range a must see destination.
There are so many wonderful things to see & do in Italy, it would be impossible to list them all. I feel that these options are a good place to start but I haven’t forgotten Sicily, Milan, the Amalfi Coast, the Italian Lakes & so much more!
